County Road 23 - County Road 8 Intersection Improvements Roundabout

Due to documented operational and safety deficiencies at this intersection, the County of Essex Engineering Department and their retained Consulting Engineers undertook a study to gather data and develop a recommended solution.  The outcome of this study was the design and construction of a modern roundabout at this intersection.
