The maintenance department of the Transportation services division is responsible for the maintenance and the upkeep of the county road system. Responsibilities include:
- ROW maintenance (summer/winter)
- Fleet Management
- Facilities Management (Roads)
- Building Operations (Civic Centre)
- Road Painting
- Road Sign Maintenance
- Traffic Control Signals
- Recoverable services to MTO/Towns
- Municipal Drain projects
- Chatham-Kent – joint maintenance
- City of Windsor – joint maintenance
