Senior Management

Director of Corporate Services /Treasurer
Robert J. Maisonville

Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer and County Council, the Director of Corporate Services/Treasurer is responsible for the direction and control of the financial affairs and information technology of the Corporation in accordance with legislation, corporate by-laws, resolutions, policies and directives. Additional responsibilities include management of the Civic Centre, Community Services and Risk Management.

Manager of Accounting
Michael Kappl

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services / Treasurer, the Manager of Accounting is responsible for the daily administration of accounting functions including the accurate and timely management of the general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable, the preparation of schedules and working papers necessary to facilitate the conduct of the annual external audit, the preparation of accurate and timely periodic and annual financial reports, and corporate asset management.

Manager of Budget and Administration
Paula Beattie

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services / Treasurer, the Manager of Budget and Administration is responsible for the preparation of the annual budget, monitoring budget performance including recommendations for remedial action as warranted, preparation of periodic financial reports, administration of the Corporation’s payroll and benefits function, including assistance with contract negotiations and grievance settlements and supervision of the central duplicating function.

Manager of Information Technology
Wendy St. Amour

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services / Treasurer,the Manager of Information Technology is responsible for managing the Corporation's information technology services including geographical information systems (GIS), providing systems analysis, and recommendations to achieve optimum utilization of resources and processing capabilities.
