Application Fee

$5.00 (must be received before your request will be processed)

Photocopy and computer printouts

$0.20 for each page

Search time

$7.50 for every 15 minutes spent to search and retrieve the records

Record preparation

$15.00 for every 15 minutes spent to prepare the records for release

Disks (CDs)

$10.00 for each disk

$35.00 for every hour spent to develop a program to retrieve the information

If we think the fees to process your information request may cost more than $25, we will contact you with an estimated cost before processing your request.

If we think that the fees to process your information request may cost more than $100, we will contact you with an estimated cost and you will need to pay 50% of the estimated total cost before we will process your request.

All fees may be paid by cash, cheque or money order, payable to "Treasurer, County of Essex". Do not mail cash.
