CONTRACT #C-12-063 - CAMPBELL SIDE ROAD CULVERT

For concrete culvert reconstruction work including complete demolition of existing culvert structure, new footings, new cast-in place concrete open based culvert, erosion protection, retaining wall, road construction and asphalt paving over the Campbell Side Road Drain located at the intersection of County Road 12 and County Road 15, Town of Essex.

Friday, February 19 at 1:30pm to review the construction requirements.

CONTRACT #C-09-015 - DICKSON DRAIN CULVERT

For concrete culvert reconstruction work including complete demolition of existing culvert structure, new footings, new pre-cast concrete culvert, erosion protection, retaining wall, road construction and asphalt paving over the Dickson Drain located on County Road 9, Town of LaSalle and Town of Tecumseh.

An information meeting will be held at the site

on Friday, February 19 at 9:30am to review the construction requirements.

Tenders are to be accompanied by a certified cheque or a Bid Bond for a Surety acceptable to the Corporation in the amount of $45,000 payable to the Corporation of the County of Essex for each culvert contract.

The successful bidder will be required to supply a Performance and Maintenance Bond and a 100% Labour and Material Payment Bond in a form satisfactory to the Corporation of the County of Essex.

Plans and Contract Documents may be obtained from the undersigned Consulting Engineers for the sum of $50.00 which is refundable upon return of the Contract Documents in good condition within 15 days after closing of each tender.
